Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about purchasing and maintaining professional dishwashing equipment.
What is the difference between a high-temp and low-temp commercial dishwasher?
High-temp machines use heat (at least 180°F) to sanitize dishes, which allows for faster drying and no chemical residue. Low-temp machines use chemical sanitizers like chlorine to kill bacteria, which is more energy-efficient but requires ongoing chemical costs.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Due to the size and weight of commercial units, shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. All units are shipped via freight with lift-gate service available to ensure safe delivery to your facility.
Do your dishwashers come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our commercial dishwashers come with a standard manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and model.
What are the installation requirements for these units?
Most commercial units require professional installation by a licensed plumber and electrician. Requirements usually include a 208-240V power supply, a floor drain, and specific water pressure levels to operate efficiently.
Can I return a dishwasher if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that because of the logistics involved, returns on heavy equipment may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Do you offer financing for large purchases?
Yes, we partner with several commercial lending providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans and leasing options for businesses of all sizes.
